From the Father: TRY My love. It is patient, kind, not jealous, not bragging, or arrogant. It does not act unbecomingly or seek its own. It is not provoked or take into account a wrong suffered. (ouch!) Not rejoicing in unrighteousness but does rejoice with the truth. It bears, believes, hopes, and endures all things. My love never fails. Try My love. It was made for you. I took the risk Myself and I have never been happier. It is a risk I have taken for all my children. It’s a tall order wrapped up in a small baby I sent as a gift on Christmas. Do not worry about the size, He is a one size fits all kinda gift. TRY Him on…He’s worth the risk.

Colossians 3:14 

And beyond all these things put on love, which is the perfect bond of unity.

As these weeks pass and the days of gathering with family and friends draw closer, let us practice this exhortation from the Word with all diligence. Ask Holy Spirit for courage and strength, compassion, and humility. Gentleness and patience, for we have been chosen of God as His holy and beloved ones.

A holy night it was, the stars brightly shone in the night sky of our dear Savior’s birth. Long lay the world in sin and error pining, till He appeared, and the soul felt its worth. The thrill of hope the weary world rejoices. For yonder breaks a new and glorious morn!

May your soul feel it’s worth this Christmas and break forth to a new and glorious morn!
