Our Heart For Children's Ministry

Since its beginning, Abundant Joy has had a prophetic mandate for infant and children's ministry based upon the uncompromised Word of God. We believe that every child is born with a unique calling that only they can fulfill. Our desire is to see them raised up with confidence and security in who they are in Christ and to take personal ownership of their individual purpose.

The Adventure Center - Explorers and pioneers

Explorers: Age 1-2 (Walking)     Pioneers: Age 2-5 

The Adventure Center is located upstairs at the church and is staffed by trained volunteers who all have a passion for what they do. All of our volunteers who work with children have passed the required PA child clearances. Your children's safety and well being is our priority!

The Adventure Center is a safe place for children to explore. Each week we will be gong on an adventure with Jesus. We will pray, praise, color, craft, and learn different Bible stories. Our hope is that each of the Explorers and Pioneers will learn to love Jesus and know that Jesus loves them. In the Adventure Center they will learn to pray for others and for themselves. We want each child to walk away as excited about Jesus as He is about them!

Our time together in the Adventure Center starts at 10am each Sunday, except for the first Sunday of the month which is our Family Service. During Family Service, the Explorers and Pioneers will stay in the service with their parents for worship from 10-11 and then head upstairs to the Adventure Center at 11.

For Parents

Thank you for sharing your kids with us! We love to spend time sowing into your little ones. Please bring a diaper bag with a change of clothes, diapers, and a sippy cup or water bottle. We provide snacks, so please let us know if your child has an allergy that we should be aware of. Pick up is at 12:30.
